In order to save your information entered
on this form, you will need Adobe Reader 7.0
or higher. Click the image to the right to
download the latest version!

1.	Make sure you have Adobe Reader 7.0 or higher. If you have any doubt, go to the the top of the page and click on the link to download the latest version.
2.	When you click on the LID Landscapes Form link, the PDF should open in a browser window similar to the image on the left.

 

3.	Once the form has been loaded, begin filling out all the necessary fields. Your answers will appear in blue.

4.	When you have finished filling out the form, click on the SAVE icon in the upper left corner. The icon looks like a little floppy disk.

5.	Select the folder where you wish to save the completed form. We recommend the "MY Documents" folder, but as long as you can find it again, it doesn't matter where you put it.

6.	Once you have selected a file location, click on the SAVE button.

7.	The file you have just saved should be emailed as an attachment to Becky@LidLandscapes.com.
