LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT'S ASSISTANT 

Temporary, full-time position through October 2010 with possible permanent position thereafter.  Direct Responsitilibies:  to provide CAD drafting support; create and maintain job files; produce final plans and construction details; assist in preparing bids, contracts and change orders; do site surveys and develop base maps; and assist in contruction project management. Support Responsibilities:  Participate in marketing activities and assist in general office duties.

Required Qualitifications:  Proficient Autocad (and/or Eaglepoint Landcadd) and Microsoft Office skills; strong math, verbal and writing skills; valid driver's license and personal vehicle available for reimbursed business use.  Required Personal Characteristics: Self motivated with positive attitude; ability to take direction and proceed independently; creative and effective problem-solving skills; ability to report to work on time daily; commitment to a fast-paced, cooperative work environment; flexibility, enthusaism, dedication & honesty.

LANDSCAPE & MAINTENANCE SUPERVISORS  

 

Crew supervisors are needed in our Landscape Construction Department.  Candidates must be experienced in all phases of landscape construction including hardscapes and irrigation systems.  Crew supervisors are also needed in our Landscape Management Department.  Candidates must be experienced in all aspects of landscape maintenance including a working knowledge of irrigation systems.  Supervisors work on the job sites daily and are responsible for laying out the work, maintaining company quality standards, training their crew members and maintaining good customer relations.

 

A minimum of two years of green industry experience is required which should include some supervisory responsibilities.  L.I.D.'s supervisors must be self-motivated and able to assume responsibility for their job sites.  A Colorado driver's license and acceptable driving record are required.

IRRIGATION TECHNICIAN

 

Irrigation technicians are needed in both our landscape construction and maintenance department. Candidates must be experienced in all phases of irrigation installation and repair including trouble-shooting  skills and the ability to find and solve problems with irrigation systems.

A minimum of one year of green industry experience is required which must include comprehensive irrigation responsibilities.  A Colorado driver's license and acceptable driving record are required.
