As a Construction Crew Member, you will complete various landscape installation tasks such as planting, excavating, paver and stone installation, grading, retaining walls, irrigation, concrete, laying mulch and rock, and much more.

Responsibilities:

• Perform landscape installation duties as directed, including removals, softscape, hardscape, and irrigation tasks

Small Engine Mechanic

The Small Engine Mechanic will repair and maintain lawn maintenance equipment, including riding mowers, edgers, line trimmers, blowers, chain saws, gas saws, and other small engine equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Preventative Maintenance – oil changes, tire rotation, tune-ups, brake repairs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Performs routine maintenance such as cleaning and oiling parts, and tuning ignition systems
• Continuously learn new technical information and techniques

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of strong small engine repairs, problem-solving, and service experience
• Must provide a complete set of mechanics tools
• Must provide Motor Vehicle Report

Lead Mechanic

In the role of the Lead Mechanic, you will oversee the repair and maintenance of our fleet of landscape and snow equipment. This equipment includes, but is not limited to, diesel trucks, tractors, skid steers, mowers, and trailers.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect, repair, and maintain trucks and vehicles, encompassing diesel engines, automatic transmissions, air brake systems, steering, and suspension. • Implement preventative maintenance procedures, including oil changes, tire rotations, and tune-ups.
• Address issues related to brake and hydraulic systems, exhaust, primary and advanced fuel ignition, electrical systems, suspension and alignment, air conditioning, and computer systems.
• Utilize metalworking skills to cut, bend, punch, shape, and weld metal for the fabrication of various parts, ranging from brackets and bumpers to outrigger subframes and larger components.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of robust automotive/truck mechanical expertise, with a strong aptitude for problem-solving and repair
• Must provide a complete set of mechanics tools
• Certification in DOT Inspections a plus
• Valid Driver’s License with clean Motor Vehicle Report

Fleet Manager

The Fleet Manager is responsible for the overall efficient leadership of the fleet team and includes, but is not limited to, overseeing the repair, maintenance, and safety of the fleet and our yard and facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of mechanics in day-to-day responsibilities
• Perform scheduled checks on all of the trucks & trailer vehicles as well as other landscape equipment
• Ensure regular servicing and maintenance of all vehicles and equipment

• Ability to plan/budget daily, monthly, and annual expenses for trucks and equipment

• Lead and guide members of the Irrigation Team to grow their skill sets
• Operate, troubleshoot, repair, and install advanced irrigation systems, including wells, pumps, and large commercial properties
• Incorporate the latest best practices for irrigation, such as smart technology and program scheduling
• Manage a team of Irrigation Technicians and work alongside them in the field to provide expertise and training as needed
• Oversee the inventory and organization of irrigation parts at our facilities and included on technician trucks
